Abstract

Método y sistema de medición para evaluar el grado de la mastitis subclínica en muestras de leche fresca de vaca, basado en la medición de la permitividad eléctrica relativa y la temperatura de una muestra depositada en una celda capacitiva del sistema. La posibilidad de conocer con inmediatez la concentración de células somáticas en la leche permite al ganadero asociarla al grado de desarrollo de la mastitis en las vacas en ordeño y así poder identificar los animales enfermos, aplicar oportunamente el tratamiento médico adecuado, separar su leche cuando ésta no reúna las características de calidad, así como reducir las pérdidas de producción de leche por esta enfermedad en su instalación.
