En una segunda fase se produce una segunda detonación provocada por la deformación de una pieza del proyectil debida al primer impacto, de manera que en esa segunda detonación la cabeza (3) del proyectil impacta y penetra contra el segundo blindaje (15). Finalmente, una masa explosiva (19) de la cabeza (3) explota produciendo la deflagración final de altas temperaturas. La base de lanzamiento de la cabeza (3) del proyectil estará constituida por la pieza deformada que ha quedado anclada al primer blindaje.Improved projectile against double shielding.
