LA MEJORA CONSISTE EN LA INCLUSION DE UN INHIBIDOR DE LA DESHIDROGENASA ENDOGENA EN EL MEDIO DE ENSAYO. LA MEJORA ES PARTICULARMENTE UTIL ES LA MEDIDA DE ALCOHOL ETILICO UTILIZANDO ALCOHOL DESHIDROGENASA COMO ENZIMA MARCADOR CUANDO EL LACTATO Y LA LACTATO DESHIDROGENASA PRESENTES EN LA MUESTRA INTERFIEREN EN LA DETECCION DEL ANALITO.
