Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de ADN humano a partir de fluido crevicular gingival. Realiza la extracción de ADN humano, para su análisis mediante detección molecular, así como para el análisis de la susceptibilidad genética a cualquier enfermedad, sin afectar a la actividad de la Taq-polimerasa en la PCR, obteniéndose un producto de correcta visualización tras su electroforesis en gel de agarosa y mediante tinción con bromuro de etidio, así como sometible a digestión con enzimas de restricción (RFLP) para estudio alélico o a su secuenciación directa, con calidad diagnóstica, en base a realizar una cuidadosa obtención del fluido crevicular gingival mediante puntas o tiras de papel absorbente o un cepillo interdental, evitando la contaminación de la muestra con las propias células del operador.Procedure for obtaining human DNA from gingival crevicular fluid.
