Abstract

Procedimiento de unión de cerámicas superconductoras texturadas tipo TR(Ba)2(Cu)3(O)7. Procedimiento de obtención de uniones superconductoras entre dos piezas superconductoras cerámicas monocristalinas basado en el uso de una tercera pieza de cerámica monocristalina con composición modificada que actúa como fundente. La composición de las piezas superconductoras para unir será TRBa2Cu3O7-TR2BaCuO5 mientras que el fragmento que se interpondrá entre ambas piezas y actuará como fundente será TRBa2Cu3O7-TR2BaCuO5-Ag. El ciclo térmico elegido para la obtención de la unión será tal que el fundente pasará a un estado semisólido y posteriormente cristalizará con la misma orientación que las piezas superconductoras que se desea unir. La obtención de dichas piezas posibilita que los materiales superconductores puedan ser integrados en dispositivos electromecánicos o magnéticos diversos con unas prestaciones optimizadas.Procedure for joining textured superconducting ceramics type TR (Ba) 2 (Cu) 3 (O) 7. Procedure for obtaining superconducting joints between two monocrystalline ceramic superconducting pieces based on the use of a third piece of monocrystalline ceramic with modified composition that acts as a flux. The composition of the superconducting pieces to join will be TRBa2Cu3O7-TR2BaCuO5 while the fragment that will interpose between both pieces and act as a flux will be TRBa2Cu3O7-TR2BaCuO5-Ag. The thermal cycle chosen to obtain the joint will be such that the flux will go to a semi-solid state and subsequently crystallize with the same orientation as the superconducting parts that one wishes to join. Obtaining said parts allows superconducting materials to be integrated into various electromechanical or magnetic devices with optimized performance.
