Sistema para la generación de un mensaje (3) de un dispositivo de control (1) a través de un sistema de transmisión de datos (9) para un dispositivo de recepción (2) que se puede acoplar con el sistema de datos (9), donde como mensaje (3) está previsto un correo electrónico y como sistema de transmisión de datos (9) está previsto una Intranet y/o Internet (20) y donde el dispositivo de control (1) presenta medios para la generación del mensaje (3) para el dispositivo de recepción (2) que puede ser direccionado a través de una dirección (13) predeterminable, donde el mensaje (3) presenta un campo de dirección (15) para la identificación de un receptor del mensaje (3) respectivo, y donde el dispositivo de recepción (2) presenta medios para la recepción del mensaje (3) enviado por el dispositivo de control (1), caracterizado ¿ porque el dispositivo de control (1) es un control programable en memoria, un control numérico y/o un control por robot de un sistema de automatización (4), ¿ porque elmensaje (3) es un mensaje de alarma o de error del sistema de automatización, ¿ porque el dispositivo de control (1) contiene medios para la recepción de un mensaje de confirmación (10), devuelto por el dispositivo de recepción (2) al dispositivo de control (1), que contiene como identificación de la confirmación (19b) la identificación (19a) correspondiente al mensaje (3) subyacente, y presenta medios para la comparación de la identificación (19b) contenida en el mensaje de confirmación (10) con una identificación (19a) contenida en el mensaje (3) enviado y ¿ porque el dispositivo de control (1) presenta medios para la marcación automática de un mensaje (3) como reconocido cuando por el dispositivo de control (1) ha sido recibido un mensaje de confirmación (10) con la identificación del mensaje (19b) asociada al mensaje (3) respectivo, siendo modificado el estado del mensaje (3) de forma automática a ¿reconocido¿ para la administración de los mensajes.
