Abstract

Liquid density automatic measuring device.Applicable to industrial processes in which various liquid raw materials result in semi-finished products and final products that are also in liquid form, where it is necessary to know the density at any time during the process, it is made up of a float (1) that can be introduced into a liquid (2) whose density needs to be measured, housed in any adequate container (3), float (1) that, through a mechanical connection (4), is connected to the sensitive tip of the load cell (6) that sends signals to an electronic circuit (8) capable of transforming the electrical signals generated by the load cell (6) into density measurements that, when adequately corrected according to the liquid (2) temperature, can be viewed through a monitor (11) that collaborates with the circuit.
