Abstract
Envoltura de embutidos, del tipo aplicable a embutidos de fibras cárnicas. Obtenida a partir de una banda tubular (1), de sección transversal de contorno cerrado, plegada sobre un plano diametral longitudinal en forma de banda plana, determinando dos dobleces longitudinales (2, 3) paralelos extremos, realizada por dos cortes transversales practicados en la banda plana y dotada de un refuerzo, consistente en respectivos cordones (4, 5) aplicados en cada cara de la banda plana, en zonas próximas a los dobleces longitudinales, y una costura que en cada puntada, el hilo de costura (8) atraviesa primero un cordón, luego ambos pliegues contiguos del doblez y finalmente el otro cordón, fijando éste a la banda tubular. La banda tubular (1) está constituida por una capa externa de colágeno (10), sobre la que queda dispuesto cada cordón (4, 5), y una capa interna de tripa natural (11), la cual, una vez dada la vuelta del revés a la envoltura y rellenada con el producto cárnico, constituye la cara exterior del embutido.Sausage wrap, of the type applicable to meat fiber sausages.
