The double gas circulation furnace for heat treatment comprises an offload zone (3) and a loading zone (2), a combustor (4) and a top recirculation tunnel (5). Valves (8,8') parallel with centrifugal fans (9,9') drive the combustion gases to the two ends of the treatment chamber alternately, to homogenize the treatment chamber (7).
