Abstract
Un lienzo preparado para pintar a la acuarela, esencialmente caracterizado por el hecho de estar constituido a base de una tela de textura tupida, ventajosamente impermeabilizada, a la cual esta aplicada una preparación a base de una materia blanca insoluble o poco soluble en el agua pero de condición absorbente íntimamente incorporada a una gelatina o materia adhesiva semejantemente transparente e incolora soluble en caliente de modo que quede formado un recubrimiento de espesor suficiente para establecer un mayor o menor grado de lisura equivalente al que podría tener superficialmente un papel equivalente.
