Abstract
Módulo de sistema de imaginería que comprende: un par de convertidores de cámara de avalancha de alta densidad (11, 12) incluyendo cada convertidor una serie de capas alternadas (15, 16) de material conductor y no conductor y un conjunto de aberturas pasantes, paralelas (17) que se extienden a través de dicha serie de capas alternadas (15, 16), teniendo un primer convertidor (11) del par una pluralidad de elementos conductores (18) que se extienden en general paralelamente entre sí en una primera dirección para formar un primer cátodo en/o adyacente a una cara del primer convertidor (11) y teniendo el segundo convertidor (12) del par una pluralidad de elementos conductores (19) que se extienden generalmente en relación paralela entre sí en una dirección generalmente ortogonal a la primera dirección para formar un segundo cátodo en/o adyacente a una cara del segundo convertidor (12), y un ánodo (21) formado por una serie de elementos conductores generalmente paralelos, posicionados entre el primer y segundo cátodos (18, 19), siendo la disposición tal que la radiación incidente sobre uno u otro convertidor (11, 12) produce una avalancha de partículas cargadas que son atraídas hacia el citado ánodo (21) y la incidencia de una partícula cargada sobre el ánodo (21) produce un impulso de corriente tanto en el primero como en el segundo cátodos (18, 19).
