Abstract
Device for the production of ceramic tiles with variable surfaces. It includes a cavity (2) whose wall (3) is elastic and it makes contact with the exposed face of the tile. The cavity (2) houses a fluid (4) whose viscosity varies when applying a magnetic field.It includes a plurality of electromagnets (5) whose excitement is governed by a control circuit (7) programmable, to vary the magnetic field in different points of the fluid. Points in which its viscosity is varied, adapting the flexible wall (3) to the changes of viscosity of the fluid (4) permitting this way to vary the relief of the surface of the tile instantly, by means of the control of the magnetic field in different points of this fluid (4). The invention is applicable to the pressed manufacture patterns (1) and in the mouthpieces manufactured by extrusion, and it allows manufacturing tiles consecutively with variable surface.
