"Aparato acondicionador de agua sanitaria" Este aparato acondicionador de agua sanitaria, se refiere a un aparato que permite obtener un suministro de agua sanitaria, y que comprende dos válvulas motorizadas, una situada en el circuito de agua fría y la otra en el circuito de agua caliente, y un sensor de temperatura relacionado con un dispositivo de gobierno de los motores de ambas válvulas, el cual incluye una fuente de alimentación eléctrica y un microprocesador y está asociado a un dispositivo de mando situado en las proximidades del caño de utilización del agua acondicionada. Este aparato es de aplicación al suministro de agua sanitaria en instalaciones domésticas, hoteles, oficinas, servicios públicos, etc. y permite un control del gasto de agua.
