Abstract

Procedimiento para el marcado de carnes y similares. El procedimiento se caracteriza por proceder a la asociación solidaria con la pieza de carne a marcar de un elemento longuilíneo de material de marcado que se extiende a lo largo de un eje que forma ángulo con respecto a los planos de corte de la pieza para separar porciones de consumo dando lugar a un marcado en las caras cortadas de las porciones correspondiente a la sección transversal del marcador.
