Abstract

Procedimiento y dispositivo para el tratamiento de los residuos sólidos urbanos. El procedimiento cuenta con una primera etapa de triturado en la que la correspondiente trituradora incluye al menos dos ejes de baja velocidad de revolución con accionamiento hidráulico de sus rotores y posibilidad de diferente velocidad de giro de un eje respecto de la del otro en la actuación simultánea de ambos; y una segunda etapa de separación de fracciones que emplea un separador de discos con posibilidad de variación de su inclinación, con sistema de cribado mediante discos poligonales y que incluye un dispositivo de limpieza de discos y ejes, existiendo antes de dicho separador una banda de aceleración donde se deposita el material proviniente de la referida trituradora. El dispositivo correspondiente cuenta con una trituradora (1) que conecta a través de una banda de aceleración (2) con un separador de discos (3), todo ello según los requerimientos del referido procedimiento.
