Procedimiento mejorado para preparar un producto alimenticio para animales rumiantes, constituido por una mezcla de sales cálcicas y/o magnésicas de ácidos grasos saturados e insaturados de 14 a 20 átomos de carbono y nutrientes procedentes de subproductos acuosos obtenidos en la industria alimentaria. El procedimiento mejorado comprende hacer reaccionar en discontinuo una fracción de ácidos graso saturados e insaturados con CaO y/o MgO o una de sus mezclas y con un subproducto líquido de la industria alimentaria con alto contenido de agua. El procedimiento permite obtener un nuevo producto que, junto con las sales cálcicas y/o magnésicas de ácidos grasos saturados e insaturados de 14 a 20 átomos de carbono, contiene nutrientes procedentes de subproductos acuosos de la industria alimentaria.Improved process to prepare a food product for ruminant animals, consisting of a mixture of calcium and / or magnesium salts of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids of 14 to 20 carbon atoms and nutrients from aqueous by-products obtained in the food industry.
