Abstract

Procedimiento de descomposición mediante pirólisis de neumáticos de vehículos. Se describe un procedimiento de descomposición mediante pirólisis de neumáticos desechados de vehículos, en el que se evita contaminar el medio ambiente, para obtener materias primas reutilizables para otras aplicaciones. El procedimiento consiste en someter a los trozos de neumáticos de caucho vulcanizado a la acción del calor sin que tenga acceso el aire atmosférico, según un procedimiento de pirólisis, de manera que las moléculas de las cadenas hidrocarburadas que constituyen el caucho se rompen en otras más sencillas, llegando a transformarse incluso en moléculas de carbón simplemente. Es decir, se obtienen, entre otros, hidrocarburos muy similares a los que constituyen el petróleo crudo, del cual proceden originariamente los neumáticos, y que son perfectamente aprovechables para otras aplicaciones.Decomposition procedure by pyrolysis of vehicle tires. A decomposition process is described by pyrolysis of discarded tires of vehicles, in which it is avoided to contaminate the environment, to obtain reusable raw materials for other applications. The procedure consists in subjecting the pieces of vulcanized rubber tires to the action of heat without access to atmospheric air, according to a pyrolysis procedure, so that the molecules of the hydrocarbon chains that constitute the rubber are broken into others simple, even becoming simply carbon molecules. That is, hydrocarbons are obtained, among others, very similar to those that constitute crude oil, from which the tires originally originate, and which are perfectly usable for other applications.
