Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de guías de onda ópticas en LiNbO{sub,3} con bajas pérdidas de propagación y alto umbral de daño óptico, que consiste en la utilización de un proceso en dos etapas, presentando las guías de onda generadas mediante este procedimiento muy bajas pérdidas de propagación, disminuyendo la sensibilidad fotorrefractiva del cristal, conservan la estructura de dominios ferroeléctricos y no ocasionan pérdidas de Litio.
