Abstract

Heat production unit - U.P.C. Within the U.P.C., which is constituted by a container (1), two electrodes are located. One of them is molybdenum (2), which connects to the cathode and the other electrode can be stainless steel, lead or any other metal (3) and connects to the anode. Both electrodes are tightly enclosed within the U.P.C. (1) submerged in an electrolyte formed by a liter of water with a mixture of nitric acid. The electrodes are connected by electric conduction cables to a plug (4) that is plugged in conventionally to the current. When the electric current passes through the electrodes, the water contained in the electrolyte decomposes, so that the cathode releases hydrogen and the oxygen anode. These gases react in their encounter, producing water and giving off a large amount of heat. This causes the temperature rise of the electrolyte contained in the U.P.C. and consequently, its heat transfer to the container with water that we have determined to heat, by immersion of the U.P.C. The objective achieved with the use of the U.P.C., is the conversion of electrical energy into heat energy, for the use of heating, sanitary water, steam production and other multiple applications derived from this invention.
