Abstract

Sistema de cerrojo o cierre para Embalajes Reutilizables Industriales, que constan de tres partes: base, tapa y cerramiento. El cerrojo está formado por dos piezas: una pieza de cierra (FIG. 3B) y una pieza soporte (FIG. 3A). Esta pieza soporte se fija manualmente a presión mediante simple doblado de la misma, en los bordes superior e inferior del cerramiento del embalaje, y posteriormente una vez colocadas tanto la base como la tapa, se acciona manualmente el cierre, formándose una lengüeta cuyo vértice se introduce en un agujero rectangular de la pieza soporte quedando de esta forma cerrado el embalaje. Para abrir el cerrojo, se tira simplemente del extremo libre (21) adoptando la pieza de cierre su posición plana original y quedando así desbloqueado el cierre. La cantidad de cerrojos que se deben instalar depende del tamaño del embalaje.
