Procedimiento de superexpresión de genes regulada por un circuito genético en cascada. El objeto de la presente invención es un procedimiento de superexpresión de genes regulada por un circuito genético en cascada en células transformadas. El procedimiento permite mantener unos valores basales muy reducidos y utiliza un sistema de expresión primario nahR/Psal que controla un gen regulador secundario xylS2 que estando situado en un vector movilizable y dentro de secuencias transponibles, puede establecerse en el cromosoma de una gran variedad de bacterias Gram negativas de forma estable, así como un sistema de expresión secundario que contiene el promotor Pm, diana de xylS2, y sitios múltiples de clonación donde pueden insertarse los genes de interés. Esta construcción podrá situarse en el cromosoma o en plásmidos de cepas que contengan el sistema regulador primario.
