Enamel for application to ceramic pieces for covering and means of utilisation of this enamel.It consists of enamel with a composition by percentage in weight as follows:SiO2 between the 35% and 65%Al2O3 between 15% and 40%ZnO between B 8% and 20%Ca0 between 4 % and 12%ZrO2 between 0 % and 10%TiO2 between 0 % and 10%B203 between 0% and 6%Na2O between 0% and 5%k2O between 0% and 5%MgO between 0% and 3%Li2O between 0 % and 2%BaO between 0 % and 2%PbO between 0% and 2%ground into a fine powder.Its method of utilisation is for the application to a raw piece, its serigraphy and a final application, coloured or uncoloured, on supports of red or white paste and its firing at temperatures between 1140 degrees and 1200 degrees.It has industrial application in the production and use of enamel for the ceramic industry.
