La invención consiste en la utilización de una frita de esmalte cerámico para la obtención de placas de señalización luminiscentes, de manera que resulte visible no sólo durante la excitación, es decir mientras recibe luz artificial, sino durante un largo período de tiempo posterior. Para ello en la frita participan feldespato, bórax, carbonato cálcico, caolín, ácido bórico y cuarzo, convenientemente molturados y micronizados para la obtención de un esmalte que, tras su fritado, es mezclado con pigmento LV-60 a base de sulfuros de zinc y pigmento LV-90 a base de aluminatos, en proporciones 70-15-15, para la obtención de las citadas señalizaciones luminiscentes, que ofrece además una alta resistencia a los agentes abrasivos, por lo que resulta especialmente idónea ser ubicada sobre el suelo.Luminescent ceramic enamel plate for signage and other uses.
