Abstract
ADPglucosa pirofosfatasa vegetal, alternativamente llamada ADPglucosa fosfodiesterasa, procedimiento de obtención y su uso en la fabricación de dispositivos de ensayo. La AGPPasa es un enzima que cataliza la hidrólisis de una amplia gama de pequeñas moléculas con enlaces fosfodiéster, entre las que destaca la ADPG (Adenosina difosfato glucosa). El enzima obtenido a partir de extractos vegetales se utiliza en dispositivos de ensayo para determinar niveles de azúcares-nucleósido-difosfato, basados bien en el azúcar-1-fosfato liberado, bien en el nucleósido monofosfato producido, ambos por la reacción catalizada por la AGPPasa.ADPglucose plant pyrophosphatase, alternatively called ADPglucose phosphodiesterase, method of obtaining and its use in the manufacture of test devices.
