Abstract

Unión de tubos consistente en un elemento de ajuste por presión que presenta una zona en forma de gancho, construida en sección transversal en forma de tejado, que recoge una junta anular, y una zona construida en forma cilíndrica dirigida hacia el lado de inserción, la cual pasa formando un tope a una zona construida en forma cilíndrica que se conecta a ella, en donde ambos flancos internos de la zona construida en forma de tejado transcurren sesgados con relación al eje medio vertical, y en una tubería cuya zona extrema lisa, tras la inserción en el elemento de ajuste por presión, se instala sobre el tope interno del elemento de ajuste por presión, y por medio de una herramienta de presión que coge el elemento de ajuste por presión y que presenta al menos dos mordazas de presión se forma tras la aplicación y cierre una unión de tubos impermeable y que no puede soltarse, en donde durante el presionado las mordazas de presión actúan tanto sobre la zona construida en forma de gancho, incluida la junta anular allí colocada, como sobre el tramo construido en forma cilíndrica del elemento de ajuste por presión dirigido hacia el lado de inserción, caracterizada porque, vistos en sección transversal, los ángulos (7,8) parciales de ambos flancos internos de la zona (2) construida en forma de tejado incluyen un ángulo total menor o igual que 54 grados.
