Método de detección en medio de cultivo de cepas de hongos Aspergillus productoras de aflatoxinas mediante la adición de {be}-ciclodextrinas, particularmente la 2, 6-ortodimetil {be}- ciclodextrina, como aditivo para los medios de cultivo de hongos con objeto de incrementar la fluorescencia natural de las aflatoxinas, permitiendo la detección visual directa de esas micotoxinas en forma de un anillo de fluorescencia que rodea la colonia, y conocer la existencia de cepas aflatoxigénicas en el alimento, ambiente o superficie.Method of detection in culture medium of Aspergillus fungal strains producing aflatoxins by the addition of {be} -cyclodextrins, particularly 2,6-orthodimethyl {be} -cyclodextrin, as an additive for fungal culture media for the purpose of increase the natural fluorescence of aflatoxins, allowing direct visual detection of these mycotoxins in the form of a fluorescence ring that surrounds the colony, and know the existence of aflatoxigenic strains in the food, environment or surface.
