Abstract
Máquina alargadora de barras de masa de pan que comprende un canal receptor de sección transversal en V, entre cuyas paredes se depositan las barras de masa de pan para efectuar su alargamiento, estando constituidas las paredes del canal por cintas o bandas de naturaleza elástica, estando formada cada pared de la V por dos cintas dispuestas en prolongación y montadas sobre un soporte longitudinalmente fijo, pero basculante al igual que los soportes de tracción y porque a cada lado de dicho soporte se dispone en el canal receptor un detector encargado de detener el alargamiento de la barra de masa de pan, por su lado, cuando ésta es detectada, pero permitiendo que continúe el alargamiento por el lado opuesto hasta que la barra sea detectada por el correspondiente detector.
