Abstract

Dispositivo reductor de la carga sobre la columna vertebral que consiste en utilizar un dispositivo tipo faja o corsé de forma ligeramente troncocónica ovalada, la cual consta de dos partes, una formada por dos paredes o porciones, una delantera (18) y otra trasera (19) delgadas, que se extienden desde la cintura hasta la altura de las axilas, y una segunda parte formada por dos paredes o porciones laterales o costados de mayor grosor (10) y (11), que soportan el esfuerzo entre las axilas y la pelvis o cintura, son ligeramente curvadas se adaptan al tórax y discurren desde unos bordes engrosados y redondeados (13 y 14) en la zona superior, que se adaptan a las axilas, hasta los bordes inferiores engrosados (8 y 9) y con unos rebajes (15 y 16) en zonas laterales interiores inferiores que rodean, cubren, se adaptan y se apoyan sobre las zonas laterales superior externa de las crestas ilíacas de la pelvis (4 y 5) a las que se adaptan anatómicamente, soportando el esfuerzo o peso de la mitad superior del cuerpo entre las axilas y la pelvis o cintura en vez de por la columna.
