Abstract

It relates to a process for fabricating vault type slabs or polystyrene with prestressed concrete buttresses, which employing a modified sliding extruding or moulding machine for continuous production on a pre-stress track, fills in and vibrates the concrete on the polystyrene vaults placed on the track. Said vaults have the shape of the top slab buttress cut out in the vault itself, and simultaneously as it concretes it the machine leaves an alveolus in the centre of each buttress. The prefabricated slab thus obtained is fully self supporting with the same thickness as the traditional forging which it replaces. It comprises two concrete buttresses preferably with a double T shape, and by addition on site of a steel containing compression layer, the building floor joist itself is obtained.
