Abstract
Módulo evolucionado de Telemetría Cardíaca Digital Holter con conexión a una Central única de control por el sistema móvil de Comunicación Global (GSM) es una aplicación Cardiológica de la Telemedicina que integra un módulo de captación y amplificación de la señal cardiaca (ECG) y un programa residente que analiza los datos para decidir su transmisión a la Central de Control. El sistema aplica la tecnología del registro cardiaco y las telecomunicaciones digitales móviles. Graba mientras funciona, analiza en "tiempo real" la actividad cardíaca, la resume y la envía. El envío se inicia por tres motivos: "botón de pánico", detección de anomalías o tiempo programado.
