Abstract

Liquid separator with automatic collection of oil (6) comprising a cylindrical envelope (1) and one top and one bottom. A steam outlet pipe (3) comes out from the top its internal extremity is bevelled cut and is internally provided with a particle remover which consists of planar parallel sheets. Another liquid outlet pipe (5) comes out from the bottom. An oil recovery pipe (6) comes from (5) and has holes which are covered by the slide (11) as it is lifted by the floats (12). The surface (9) sends the condensates towards its perimeter when falling down to the bottom of the liquid separator. The refrigerating liquids arrive through the pipes (7 and 8). The separation of the less dense oil from the refrigerating liquid is carried out as a function of the densities and the slow outflow of liquid through (5).
