Abstract

Procedure for desiccation and olive pomace. Starting from the disposable pomace (1), usable to date as fuel, after a beating and homogenizing phase (3), with aqueous contribution (2), it is subjected to a centrifugation phase (4) from which two fractions are obtained , a fraction (5) based on a mass with low moisture content, usable as fuel (6), and a second fraction (7) based on alpechin with high solids content in suspension. This second fraction (7) is subjected to a centrifugation phase (8) from which two other fractions are also obtained, a solid fraction (10) with high humidity, which is sent to any conventional obtaining installation (11) of pomace oil, and another fraction (12) consisting of a liquid with a low content of suspended solids, that is to say an alpechin, which is subjected to a concentration phase (13) from which a molasses (15) is obtained, Usable as fertilizer, as a basis for obtaining bioalcohol, animal feed or others.
