Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de asientos y respaldos para butacas de cines y/o similares. El procedimiento de la invención está previsto para obtener asientos o respaldos para butacas de cines y/o similares. La novedad del procedimiento consiste en que el tapizado (6) se dispone en el interior del molde (3), previamente cosido y ribeteado, reproduciendo aproximadamente la forma y dimensiones correspondientes al asiento o respaldo a obtener, procediéndose al vertido del poliuretano sobre la mencionada tapicería, de tal forma que la expansión del mismo comprime la tapicería contra las paredes internas del molde reproduciendo así fielmente la forma del mismo. Todas las costuras (1) de la tapicería, se encuentran ribeteadas (2) para evitar que el poliuretano rezume a través de las mismas produciendo un efecto antiestético. Mediante elementos adicionales, tales como plantillas (5) previstas en el fondo del molde (3), es posible obtener distintas formas de asientos y respaldos con un mismo molde(3).
