Abstract

Equipo de luz coherente Xenón para el control de calidad en la fabricación del vidrio. El presente equipo se caracteriza por utilizar una lámpara de descarga con gas Xenón a alta presión para el control visual durante o después del proceso de fabricación del vidrio. La lámpara se sitúa en el interior de una linterna y se utiliza en combinación con una cabina refrigerada por debajo de la cual se desplaza el vidrio en continuo o bien se sitúa en el interior de un pequeño proyector en combinación con un espejo elíptico, un cristal dicroico y un objetivo. Para ambos casos la lámpara debe acompañarse de su correspondiente ignitor, de un turboventilador, de una caja de control con contadores, sensores, amperímetros, etc. y de un rectificador capaz de regular la potencia de la lámpara según las necesidades concretas de cada caso.
