Composición de vidrio con 50 - 54 % de SiO2 y 30 - 33 % de PbO, situándose la cantidad total de K2O y Na2O entre 9 y 13 %, caracterizada porque la proporción de B2O3 junto con ZnO se sitúa entre 4 y 8 %, siendo inferior al 4 % la proporción de B2O3 solo.
