SE DESCRIBE UN APARATO PARA SOMETER A UN LIQUIDO A RADIACION BACTERICIDA. DICHO APARATO INCLUYE UNA FUENTE DE RADIACION ULTRAVIOLETA Y UNA CARCASA NO OPACA QUE ALBERGA DICHA FUENTE DE RAIACION, LA CUAL IMPIDE LA EXPOSICION DE DICHA FUENTE AL LIQUIDO Y PERMITE LA EXPOSICION DEL LIQUIDO A DICHA RADIACION. SE PROPORCIONAN ASIMISMO CANALES DISPUESTOS ALREDEDOR DE DICHA CARCASA, EN EL INTERIOR DE LOS CUALES SE ENCUENTRAN PROYECCIONES QUE INDUCEN UN FLUJO TURBULENTO EN BLOQUE, DE FORMA QUE CUANDO EL APARATO SE INSERTA EN UNA CORRIENTE DE LIQUIDO A TRATAR, LOS CANALES ACTUAN PARA ENCERRAR Y DIRIGIR EL LIQUIDO PROXIMO A LA CARCASA, Y LAS PROYECCIONES ESTABLECEN UN FLUJO CICLICO, CONTINUO EN LOS CANALES SITUADOS ENTRE LA CARCASA Y LAS PAREDES DEL CANAL, PARA ASEGURAR LA EXPOSICION DEL LIQUIDO A UNA DOSIS LETAL DE RADIACION ULTRAVIOLETA DE LA FUENTE.
