Abstract

Sistema poliaxial de fijación de vértebras. La inserción del tornillo (1) ranurado (1.1) en la vértebra (3) se realiza en amplio espacio cónico, sujetos en el resalte (2.1) de la tulipa (2), que sujeta al extremo inferior de la cabeza (1.3) del tornillo (1), en sector esférico (1.4); la copa (4) se aloja en la tulipa (2) e incorpora la barra longitudinal (5) con tuerca de fijación (6) y tuerca exterior (7) que impide su apertura y unas barras transversales (8) mantienen la posición, mediante una pieza inferior (9) y un casquillo (10) en corona dentada antagonista de otra similar de un casquillo superior (11) que aloja la barra transversal (8).
