Abstract
Process for the fabrication of blocks with incorporated heat insulation, said blocks being used for the construction of buildings and the like. The process comprises mixing of agglomerating material, aggregate materials, water, additives and expanded polystyrene, obtaining a mass in a fixed mixer, controlling the weight of the aggregate materials and the grade of humidity of the concrete, supplying the mass by means of a hopper to the block-forming machine which will then supply the mass to the molds. After a vibration and compaction step, the block is unmolded and placed onto a metal tray and is subjected to a drying phase in an autoclave in order to control the concrete setting.
