Abstract

"Dispositivo para la medición de la posición de la pieza en un torno". El dispositivo (1) de medida incorporado en el lado opuesto al plato (13) de la pieza (3) a mecanizar, utiliza un aparato (4,5) fotoeléctrico de medida de longitudes cuya escala (4) es soportada por un miembro (6,9) móvil que incluye un eje (6) empujador de la pieza (3), a su vez impulsado por una caña (10'') de pistón (10). El eje (6) empujador de la pieza (3) con su cabeza (11) palpadora hace un contacto de presión controlada sobre el extremo (3a) de la pieza, y la señal emitida por la cabeza lectora (5) del aparato es representativa de la posición (2) de referencia de la pieza, y es transmitida al controlador (7) del torno para determinar el posicionamiento de la torreta portaherramientas (8) para el inicio del mecanizado.
