Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de alfombras teñidas por estampación a partir de alfombras tejidas en fibra cruda, que consiste en que una vez hilado el hilo, sea sometido a un tratamiento de termofijado (8), a una temperatura de netre que oscila entre 102º y 120ºC, pudiendo opcionalmente no recibir el tratamiento de termofijado, lo cual da lugar a dos aspectos distintos de resultado, siendo el primero de aspecto más parecido al mecánico y el segundo más parecido al manual, para posteriormente llevar el nilo a la fábrica de tejeduría y recibir un proceso de plegado (10) o de fileteado (11), configurándose el tejido convencional (12) o no, y a continuación fijarse (13) de forma dimensional el tejido mediante procesos físicos, químicos o ambos a la vez, o bien opcionalmente no fijarse (14) dimensionalmente el tejido, para posteriormente llevar a la estampación el tejido para realizar el teñido del pelo (15) y una vez estampado, se le somete a un proceso de antipolilla o antimiting (16), siendo opcional la realización del mismo, obligatorio en el caso de fibras naturales como la lana o la seda y no sometiéndose a las otras fibras, incluso las mezclas de materias naturales sintéticas (17).
