Abstract
Organic complex suitable for controlling the enzymatic hydrolysis of urea present in soils by the action of the enzyme urease. The complex comprises at least one compound of general formula (I), where X and Y, which may be the same or different represent hydrogen -CO-alkyl, -CO-aryl, -SO {sub, 2-aryl, or NO ; and Z represents oxygen or sulfur; together with, optionally, a product selected from the group consisting of an extract of grape seed meal, an extract of skin meal, pomace and olives and their mixtures. Additionally, the complex may contain other urea hydrolysis inhibitors, fertilizers and / or biostimulants. This complex acts by partially inhibiting the enzymatic hydrolysis of urea present in soils by urease. Of interest in Agriculture.
