Abstract

Sistema perfeccionado de fijación de prótesis dentales, compuesto por un pilar transepitelial -1-, sustentado sobre un implante -4-, con forma de taco cilíndrico, para su fijación a la estructura ósea de los maxila res, caracterizado porque dicho pilar se asienta sobre el implante, siendo fijado mediante un tornillo de sujeción, alojado en un pasadizo interior al pilar, que se fija a una rosca prevista sobre la cabeza del implante, siendo a su vez presionado por una contra tuerca de forma cilíndrica -3-, perforada en toda su longitud en forma hexagonal, provista de una rosca a lo largo de su periferia, roscada a las paredes del pasadizo interior citado, en el que se coloca la prótesis dental de la pieza a sustituir.
