Abstract
Sistema de compostado de residuos orgánicos. Permite absorber la producción de residuos en viviendas, comunidades de vecinos, escuelas, hospitales, etc., transformando de una manera ecológica los residuos orgánicos producidos en cocinas y jardines, generándose el compostado aerobio de un modo natural, con el mismo resultado que el mantillo que se produce en bosques y praderas. Incluye un depósito de dos o más cuerpos cilíndricos (1, 9) de eje horizontal y giratorio, teniendo cada cuerpo una trampilla (3) de carga del producto residual. Existen también elementos de agitación para homogeneizar la mezcla y válvulas de respiración (8) y elementos de desagüe (7). El depósito gira sobre polines (2) existiendo un sistema de seguridad que impide la rotación durante la carga de los residuos orgánicos, girando a una frecuencia y velocidad regulables. El depósito incluye un sistema de agitación del producto mediante palas y la evacuación de condensados se efectúa por evaporación/condensación.Organic waste composting system. The deposit includes a system of agitation of the product by means of shovels and the evacuation of condensates is carried out by evaporation / condensation.
