Abstract
Method for manufacturing photovoltaic panels in which the cells which make up a panel are connected by means of direct welding between them, forming rows. These are joined together and to the exit terminals using conducting strips. All the cells and connection elements which make up the photovoltaic model are welded simultaneously. The process consists of two phases: in the first phase, we position, on a work surface 1, the solar cells 2 which are slightly superposed together with the strips for interconnection between rows of cells 3, the exit terminals 4 and the alloy for welding. In the second phase, we raise the temperature of the entire assembly until simultaneous welding of all the elements takes place. The objective of this process is the manufacture of photovoltaic panels at a higher production rate and using easily automated methods.
