Abstract

Method for producing synthetic oils and storable products of heat energy by coprocessing waste rubber and coal materials. A method for producing synthetic oils and storable heat energy products by coprocessing waste rubber and carbon materials, possibly with a catalyst containing Fe, consisting of the steps of: mixing the crushed rubber material, coal and, optionally, the catalyst up to get a mixture; heating the mixture in a reactor at a temperature between 300 ° C to 500 ° C, for 3-180 minutes, at a pressure between atmospheric pressure and 10 MPa, followed by a process consisting of a pyrolysis / hydropyrolysis, during which gases are generated with a 50% of hydrocarbons C sub, 1 -C sub, 4 and a calorific energy of 6000 to 8000 kcal / Nm sup, 3, which are collected. The material resulting from the reaction is a mixture of solids and liquids from which an extract and a first solid residue with a heat energy of 4500 to 5000 kcal / kg are obtained, while by fractionation of the extract, an asphaltene residue is obtained high heat energy, and synthetic oils.
