Abstract

Método de medida y circuito electrónico para ser utilizado en analizadores de impedancia comerciales para la medida de impedancia eléctrica de materiales. Los analizadores o puentes de impedancia comerciales están especialmente disecados para medir la impedancia de componentes electrónicos discretos. Cuando se pretenden medir con ellos la impedancia de materiales, que normalmente presentan unas impedancias de contacto elevadas, la exactitud de la medida se degrada y en algunas situaciones se hace imposible. El objeto de esta patente es un método y un circuito electrónico que se conecta entre los terminales standard de un puente de impedancias comercial y el material a medir. El método de medida que se utiliza es el conocido como a 4 hilos o terminales, ya que este método minimiza el efecto de las impedancias de contacto, y a su vez la técnica de realimentación de la tensión de modo común y la de convectores de corriente. El método y dispositivo que se presenta mejora la exactitud en la medida de impedancia de materiales que presenten impedancias de contacto elevadas.Measurement method and electronic circuit to be used in commercial impedance analyzers for the electrical impedance measurement of materials. The object of this patent is a method and an electronic circuit that connects between the standard terminals of a commercial impedance bridge and the material to be measured. The measurement method used is the one known as 4-wire or terminals, since this method minimizes the effect of contact impedances, and in turn the common mode voltage feedback technique and that of current convectors. The method and device presented improves the accuracy of the impedance measurement of materials that have high contact impedances.
