Abstract

The object of this patent is a method and an electronic circuit that connects between the standard terminals of a commercial impedance bridge and the material to be measured. The measurement method used is the one known as 4-wire or terminals, since this method minimizes the effect of contact impedances, and in turn the common mode voltage feedback technique and that of current convectors. The method and device presented improves the accuracy of the impedance measurement of materials that have high contact impedances.
