Abstract

Máquina lavadora de moluscos. Provista de un depósito (2) de agua de lavado desde el que se bombea el agua hacia un colector superior (5), centra sus características en el hecho de que de dicho colector emerge una pluralidad de tubos o boquillas (6) que atacan oblicuamente a una serie de deflectores (7) sobre los que el agua pierde su presión de bombeo, generándose cortinas o cascadas de agua que afectan a la cinta transportadora (3) en toda su anchura y que producen el lavado de los moluscos sin presión. Unos vibradores (13) situados bajo el sector horizontal y operativo de la cinta transportadora (3) aseguran un permanente cambio de posición para los moluscos. para que el lavado afecte a toda sus superficie, mientras que otro u otros vibradores (13"'') situados en la zona de retorno de la cinta transportadora (3) hacia el depósito (2). facilitan el desprendimiento de los residuos depositados en dicha cinta y su caída sobre un transportador (14), filtrante de residuos, que los expulsa al exterior del depósito (2).
