Abstract

Potenciómetro modulado magnéticamente basado en las propiedades magnetoresistivas de óxidos de manganeso. Esta invención consiste en el desarrollo de un potenciómetro, es decir un dispositivo de resistencia eléctrica variable, en el que se obtiene un cambio de resistencia en el elemento activo sin que exista contacto mecánico alguno con la parte móvil. El elemento activo del potenciómetro objeto de la presente invención, es un material magnetoresistivo. En él, la modulación de resistencia se obtiene al aplicarle un campo magnético variable. Mediante dichos materiales y un circuito magnético adecuado se fabrica el potenciómetro. Como propiedades características que lo diferencian de los potenciómetros convencionales hay que destacar la ausencia de contacto mecánico.Magnetically modulated potentiometer based on the magnetoresistive properties of manganese oxides.
