Abstract

Equipo para fabricar mosaicos que dispone de una prensa inicial con el armazón (1), plataforma de apoyo (2), puntos de fijación (3)9 bancada superior (4) y plataforma inferior (5) con el cilindro hidráulico (6) y émbolo (7), que fija la placa (11) que guían las columnas (10) y topes (13), comportando la placa (12) para la trepa del mosaico (8) con los correspondientes tacos (9) o (35) de planta cuadrada y salientes inferiores en definición o de menor diámetro que evitan limpieza y agarrotamiento, llevando la bancada, las columnas (14) y (15) que soportan el cabezal (16) con el cilindro hidráulico (17), cuyo émbolo (18) comporta la tapa de acero (19) con la placa (20) y tornillos (21), fijándose con los tornillos (22), basculando el cabezal por la columna (15) al quedar cortada por el punto (23), con la pieza de anclaje (25) con el punto de articulación (24) por la palanca (26), llevando la patilla (27) que enclava con el canal (28) en el bloque (29) montado a la bancada, llevando una segunda prensa hidráulica monobloque (36) para el prensado y acabado final del mosaico.
