Abstract

These disposable plastic bags are secured to the patient's skin using an adhesive and they collect the faeces. Conventionally, these are disposed of each time the stomach expels the waste substances, a new one being placed at the same site, coupled to the stoma made in the patient. According to the invention, the system for being able to reuse the disposable bag envisages the use of a water pistol 1 connected to the mains pressure and to a wash basin tap or the like. This water pistol 1 is actuated by means of a rocking lever 2 and has, at its end, a rigid tube 7 with a portion bent at an acute angle which ends in a rose with a multiplicity of holes for cleaning using pressurized water. It also includes a hose 3 for connection to the pistol and to the mains, provided with rapid-connection connectors 4, 5, 6.
